Essential Functions What You'll Do:Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Records Clerk, you will:
  • Organizing, classifying, and maintaining hardcopy and electronic records.
  • Performing data entry and ensuring files are accurate and up to date.
  • Responding to inquiries by retrieving and providing information from record systems.
  • Converting documents into digital formats and managing electronic archives.
  • Handling correspondence, including processing incoming and outgoing mail.
Typical Qualifications What We're Looking For:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in administration, clerical, and/ or office setting.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong business acumens.
