DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Consult with the Bureau on strategic improvements to RIM programs, conduct comprehensive assessments, and provide actionable optimization recommendations.
- Implement successful strategies for enhancing records classification, retention policies, and overall program efficiency.
- Develops and implements records management policies aligned with regulations, industry standards, and the agency's needs.
- Educates stakeholders on the importance of effective RIM practices and their impact on the Bureau's efficiency and compliance.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Must have a Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or equivalent
- Must have at least 7+ years of RIM consulting experience, focusing on implementing Microsoft Purview/Records Management
- Must be a U.S. citizen and able to pass a background check
- Willing to travel within the continental United States
- Ability to communicate effectively – both orally and in writing
- Excellent customer service skills to adequately handle the needs of government program managers and their SMEs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented with ability to work in a high-pressure environment handling sensitive and/or classified information while meeting multiple deadlines
