The RSN engages, educates, and assists enrollees and provides referrals and coordinates access to treatment services and community supports.What You Will Be Doing to Make a Difference...

• Assist enrollees with housing issues
• Motivational Interviewing with enrollees
• Provide Community Supports centered around vocational training, housing, education, and more
• Provide warm hand off to referrals and community resources
• Driving is required

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology or related field required
• Experience navigating the local treatment and social services systems
• Experience working with individuals who are justice involved
• Trained in overdose prevention
• Knowledgeable about and respects all paths to recovery
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
