- Assist enrollees with housing issues
- Motivational Interviewing with enrollees
- Provide Community Supports centered around vocational training, housing, education, and more
- Provide warm hand off to referrals and community resources
- Driving is required

- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology or related field required
- Experience navigating the local treatment and social services systems
- Experience working with individuals who are justice involved
- Trained in overdose prevention
- Knowledgeable about and respects all paths to recovery
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
