Join our passionate team at Monte Nido Clementine Lake Oswego, a residential treatment program dedicated to helping adolescents overcome Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, or Exercise Addiction. Located in West Linn, OR, we are committed to guiding young individuals and their families on the transformative journey to recovery.

As a Recovery Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in empowering adolescents to live healthier, more fulfilling lives. This position offers an invaluable opportunity to grow your career in the mental health and eating disorder field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively support clients throughout their recovery journey, serving as a consistent and encouraging presence.
  • Implement and adhere to each client's individualized treatment plan, providing compassionate support and intervention.
  • Facilitate the development of healthy relationships among clients in a supportive environment.
  • Assist in food preparation and set-up, modeling and supervising meals and snacks.
  • Participate in therapeutic groups, fostering core skills and promoting clinical growth.
  • Conduct rounds and maintain keen observations of clients' well-being.
  • Occasionally transport clients off-site for appointments and activities, ensuring their safety and comfort.

Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday. We offer shifts during the day and overnight.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of post-high school education; a Bachelor's degree in Psychology is preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in a mental or behavioral health setting is highly desired.
  • Valid state-issued Driver's License with a safe driving history.
  • Excellent communication skills and a genuine service orientation are essential; flexibility and teamwork are vital to our success.
