We are looking for a Recovery Support Supervisor to lead, mentor, and oversee a team of Recovery Support Specialists, ensuring the highest quality of care and client engagement. WHY JOIN US?

WHAT YOU'LL DO: Leadership & Team Oversight
- Partner with nurses, clinical teams, and leadership to plan, oversee, and support daily therapeutic services.
- Supervise the Recovery Support Specialist (RSS) team, conducting monthly supervisions in accordance with agency requirements.
- Oversee orientation and onboarding for all new Specialists.
- Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring safe and effective coverage while recognizing individual strengths and growth areas.
- Develop, implement, and monitor training programs, resources, and workflow guidance for the RSS team.
- Ensure completion of mandatory training requirements for RSS staff during their first 60 days and annually thereafter.
Direct Client Support & Specialist Duties
- Conduct comprehensive orientation for new clients, introducing them to program rules, expectations, and treatment plans within the first 48 hours of admission.
- Facilitate educational and psychoeducational groups that equip clients with skills necessary for sustained recovery.
- Administer Urine Analysis (UA) screenings, ensuring proper handling, documentation, and compliance.
- Oversee client recreational activities, including fitness, leisure, and social recovery-based events.
- Transport clients to appointments, recovery meetings, and external activities.
- Maintain detailed notes and incident reports related to client activities and program participation.
- Provide crisis intervention and apply de-escalation techniques as needed.
- Perform basic medical tasks, such as obtaining vital signs and tracking client weight.
- Collaborate with the treatment team to provide insight into treatment decisions and client progress.
WHO YOU ARE: A dedicated, compassionate leader who is committed to supporting individuals in recovery while mentoring and guiding a team of professionals. You are a problem-solver, strong communicator, and advocate for quality client care. QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor's degree in human services, business, or a related field OR 2+ years of experience in Substance Use Disorder (SUD), Behavioral Health, or Healthcare. • 3+ years of supervisory or management experience. • Experience in 12-Step programs and/or Dual Diagnosis treatment (strongly preferred). • Strong understanding of crisis intervention, client safety, and group facilitation techniques. • CPR & First Aid certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire). • Valid driver's license (required). WORK CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Setting: Indoors, environmentally controlled facility.
- Physical Requirements: Frequent standing, walking, and lifting (up to 50 lbs. occasionally).
- Communication: Regular electronic, in-person, and phone interactions with clients, staff, and treatment teams.
