JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Maintain safe environment for programs and activities.
• Performing light maintenance and janitorial duties.
• Assist in planning and implementing activities.
• Must adhere to proper discipline procedures as stand in training and approved by the department.
• Assisting other staff members and other tasks that are assigned.
• Assisting recreation supervisors with rentals.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Organizational skills and attention to details.
• General knowledge of recreational sports, parks, programs and services.
• Good leadership and initiation skills.
• Must attend all necessary trainings associated with recreation aide Position.
• Must have or be able to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
