Lincoln Park Center - Document all activities timely and appropriately Reviews individual resident attendance and participation records with therapist Leads group activities for residents in a variety of recreational pursuits. i.e. parties, sing-a-longs, bingo, exercises, cooking, crafts, church activities, food related socials and Sensory Programs.

Job Description:
Shifts: Part Time:
Monday, Tuesday, and Friday 1:30-7:30, and every Saturday and Sunday 9-5
Weekends mandatory
