Recreation Leader I - Part Time at Summit Recreation Center - CITY OF TEMPLE : Job Details

Ready to Start Your Career with the City of Temple? Summary Leads and monitors recreational activities at the Summit Recreation Center. Must be available to work flexible hours and schedules to include weekends and holidays. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Cleans equipment, facility, spas, and saunas
• Prepares tennis and basketball courts for daily play activities
• Enrolls customers in programs and memberships ensuring guidelines and procedures are followed
• Maintains accurate records of sales and follows cash handling procedures
• Performs daily office tasks to include filing, sorting, and answering phones
• Assists in work events and special Parks and Recreation programs
• Follows City policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Completion of two years of High School

Preferred Qualifications

• One (1) year of experience in related area
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
