To be considered, you should:
+ BA/BS degree in therapeutic recreation or equivalent with one to three years' experience.
+ Recreation Therapist Licensure Preferred.
+ Two years' experience working as a Recreation Therapist.
+ Working knowledge of the Positive Operational Culture.
+ Leadership ability necessary to instill high standards, positive attitudes by staff and students.
+ Demonstrated ability to effectively supervise students.
+ Must meet the requirements to be an eligible ROP driver. Must possess a current State Driver's License and have an acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years.

Experience
Required
+ 2 years: Working experience working as a Recreational Therapist OR 6 years of education, experience, and training may be substitute the degree.
