Recreation Supervisor - Berkshire Nursing and Rehabilitation Center : Job Details

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Recreation Supervisor to join our team.

Qualifications:

Must have at least 2 years' experience in a nursing home setting or working in a recreational program within the last 5 years.

Ability to perform management functions

Computer literate, knowledge of EMR- Sigma

Able to work every other weekend

Able to work holidays (as needed)

Shift time 8:30- 4:30pm

Duties:

Fulfill responsibilities of the Director in her absence

Assign and conduct group programs and 1:1 activities

Be responsible for timely and accurate completion of MDS, care plans, new admissions, quarterly and significant change assessments.

Report appropriate staff and resident issues to the director

Perform tasks of recreation leaders in their absence

Perform all other duties as assigned

Must be able to transport residents to and from activities, set up/ take down table and chairs. Perform other physical functions, exerting up to 50 pounds.
