Our Recreational Direct Support Professionals have the privilege of providing supportive services to adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (within various recreational settings). In this position, you will be responsible for providing hands-on assistance, instruction and guidance, while supporting people as they get out and enjoy what life has to offer!

Ideal Candidate(s):

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Valid NYS driver's license (REQUIRED)

• Has a passion for working with and creating positive, impactful relationships in the lives of the people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

• Exhibits positive approaches that provide encouragement, mentoring and instruction resulting in effectively achieving and maintaining independence and integration within the community.
