Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, scheduling, and interviewing for junior to mid-level roles.
  • Forward qualified applicants to hiring managers and follow up accordingly.
  • Post open requisitions internally, externally, and to commercial job sites as requested.
  • Build a talent pipeline through nurturing prospects, cultivating external partnerships (vocational schools, universities, airport partners, etc.), networking, and encouraging referrals from DO & CO team members.
  • Influence and educate hiring managers on processes, interview best practices and decision making.
  • Work with various partners to support DO & CO's people and business goals.
  • Attend recruitment functions such as job fairs, agencies, and college events as needed.
  • Administer pre-employment processes, including reference and background checks, drug testing, employment authorization verification (I9), and WOTC.
  • Extend job offers and close out position requisitions in the ATS after all required notes and final dispositions are completed.
  • Drive inclusion through building diverse pipelines at top of the funnel.
  • Provide a consistently exceptional candidate experience ensuring DO & CO becomes an employer of choice.
  • Create new innovative ways to surprise, and intrigue candidates as they go through our interview process.
  • Be a company ambassador and represent DO & CO with integrity and professionalism.
  • Support high recruitment volume for special & private events.
  • Administer pre-approved selection tests where appropriate.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in hospitality or manufacturing.
  • Experience in Culinary (Food & Beverage) recruitment preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in ATS and HRIS systems; experience with Dayforce is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a diverse clientele.
  • Outgoing personality with a proactive approach to recruitment.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Hands-on approach with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Well-developed analytical and influencing skills.
  • Strong initiative, creativity, perseverance, and flexibility.
  • Positive, can-do attitude with a strong desire to continuously learn and grow.
