The Recruiter is responsible for recruiting, interviewing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for local companies. Will recruit and attract candidates using multiple platforms, including Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, social media, and others. Will maintain HRIS system, fill staffing orders, provide customer service and account management, handle new employee paperwork, and conduct orientations. Seeking those with 1-2 years of previous customer service experience. Job Requirements: Previous experience as a recruiter is preferred, but not required. Outside of recruiting experience, will only consider those with strong job longevity in customer service based roles. Will be required to pass clerical testing and a background check.
