Our client, a global executive search firm are expanding and are now looking for a hybrid Recruiter to join their Fintech Go-to-Market (GTM) team in Brooklyn, NY.

The Role and Responsibilities

  • Due to the continued success and number of roles they have secured, our client is looking to add a Go-to-Market (GTM) Recruiter to their team.
  • The client secures senior roles, either on a retained or exclusive contingency basis so fill % and earnings potential will be high.
  • You will be looking for senior GTM candidates and you'll therefore need to have gravitas, confidence, and preferably experience interviewing with this type of candidate.
  • This role can be full cycle, from sourcing to closing and interfacing with the client OR it could also be only candidate side, depending on your skill set and interest.
  • Either way you will be working very closely with the sales folks internally who are high achievers, getting business and would love to have a new colleague to work alongside.
  • Asking relevant questions that can establish their strengths is super important, so asking which product they are selling, what's their target market, what's their quota etc.
  • Minimum 3 days in office per week to start.

Skills and Qualifications Needed to be Successful

  • Ideally the Recruiter will have experience in the technology landscape (Fintech or cybersecurity is ideal) and what their clients do and have an understanding of the ecosystem, even if you haven't worked in fintech specifically.
