The Opportunity Recruiter is part of a team within the Talent Acquisition Innovation Center of Excellence (CoE) for the RWJ - Barnabas Health system responsible for screening and selecting candidates. They handle the hiring process from application to offer. This role will execute talent acquisition strategies and build internal and external relationships. Reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition Innovation of their respective region, this role will contribute to business needs by handling the recruitment processes. This role is a hybrid position requiring regular on-site work responsibilities. The Role Execute recruitment strategies, including building a strong candidate pipeline of highly qualified and diverse talent for vacant positions. Ability to prioritize vacant positions and to focus on building a candidate pipeline for those critical position openings.
