This person will be a dedicated visionary and will train themselves on how to be a better Recruiter each day.Key Responsibilities:* Social Media Management: Develop and execute a social media strategy tailored to recruitment, increasing our visibility and attractiveness as an employer on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.* Event Planning and Creative Execution: Organize and manage recruitment events, such as job fairs and open house events, to attract and interact with potential candidates. Creativity is a must!* 1099 Sales Recruitment: Execute targeted recruitment strategies to attract and engage top independent sales professionals. Understand the nuances of 1099 roles and communicate the benefits and expectations clearly to candidates.* Candidate Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screening, arrange interviews, and participate in the selection process to ensure candidates meet the company's requirements and culture.* Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align recruitment strategies with business goals.
