Job Duties:

• Cold Call VP Level Financial Advisors across the nation, to see if they re interested in speaking with our clients about changing firms
• All Cold Call lists and Training shall be provided by Encore Search Partners
• Overcome objections from Financial Advisors, with the intent of turning a No into a Yes
• Make 180 outbound Cold Calls per day
• Generate 4 Qualified leads per week

Required Skills:

• No previous Recruiting or Financial industry experience required

Probationary Period:
