Location: Dallas, TX (On-Site Full Time | Relocation Assistance Offered) | Schedule: Monday-Friday (business hours)

We are seeking a talented and motivated Recruiter to join our team in Dallas, TX! The Recruiter will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top-tier talent to our organization. This individual will collaborate closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a seamless and positive recruitment experience.

This person reports to the Recruitment Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates and conduct initial screenings.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates, including virtual interviews.
  • Guide candidates through the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future job openings.
  • Collaborate with the Recruitment team to enhance the overall recruitment process and candidate experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Host hiring events and attend school recruitment events.
  • Oversee recruitment for multiple locations.

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of Recruitment experience.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software - preferably UKG
  • Strong understanding of recruitment practices, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing recruitment needs.
