Recruiter Our client, a $1B manufacturer of waste and recycling equipment, is headquartered in Charlotte, NC and has an extensive manufacturing footprint across North America. This individual will be in charge of managing the full life cycle recruiting process for technical positions within the company located in various manufacturing sites across the U.S. Opportunity: Contract (6-months, possibly longer) Location: Charlotte, NC - 100% on-site in South Park area Compensation: $25/hour CRG Benefits Offered: CRG Contractors who work an average of 30+ hours per week are eligible to elect benefits through CRG after 90 days of employment!

Responsibilities:
  • Source, screen, interview and assess a diverse pool of candidates for a variety of technical positions, including Welders, Painters, Machine Operators, and salary roles
  • Partner with the HR team and hiring managers to understand recruiting needs and recommend best hiring practices
  • Source talent utilizing a variety of methods including, employee referrals, progressive online sourcing tools, and niche job boards.
  • Research, coordinate and participate in various recruiting strategies such as career fairs, university recruitment programs, and diversity organizations within the community
  • Prepare reports, metrics and industry updates to ensure the organization, Human Resources team, and hiring managers are informed of the competitive landscape.
Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in high volume recruiting; experience recruiting for manufacturing highly preferred
  • Bilingual - Spanish/English is highly preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree or comparable experience
  • Basic Excel knowledge
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
