Schedule: Monday - Friday (3 days a week in-office/2 days a week work from home)

Hours: 9 am - 5 Pm

Pay: $30/hour (maximum)

Primary Function & Position Overview:

• The Interim Director of Talent Acquisition is responsible for attracting, recruiting, and creating clear data-driven processes for selecting talent across all network schools and the network aligned with our mission and values.
• They are responsible for providing a deep and diverse pool of applicants and developing inclusive candidate engagement practices to ensure alignment with the mission and core values.
• Drives the design of selection and interview processes and collaborates with key stakeholders to influence onboarding and retention practices for staff across the network.
• Reports to the Managing Director of Talent & Human Resources and works closely with school leadership teams and other hiring managers at schools and the network.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college, university, or art school
• At least 3 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in a non-profit or education-facing organization
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a high-performing, fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Strong organizational skills and detail orientation
• Excellent interpersonal skills, integrity, and professional discretion
• Expertise in Google Suite and Microsoft Office and a growth mindset to learn new technologies/software platforms
