A successful Recruiter is dedicated to understanding what ARS can provide for job seekers, while helping our current employees grow alongside our agency!Duties/Responsibilities:•Consults with HR team and HR Director to understand the requirements, duties, and qualifications desired for the specified vacant position(s).•Collects and analyzes data to maintain current understanding of fair and competitive market salaries, candidate availability, and demand for candidates in particular fields.•Consults data and records to identify and select potential candidates for vacant positions.•Screens candidates, selects qualified and interested candidates for the interviewing phase, and then connects viable candidates with hiring managers and HR Director.•Checks candidates' references and credentials, verifying experience and backgrounds.•Counsels candidates on the interview and hiring process.•Submits Background check requests and follows up on results.•Conducts new employee orientation•Organizes and attends job fairs, campus events, and other networking opportunities.•Follows up with clients or hiring managers after the interview process to determine whether a placement can be made; collects feedback when placement is unsuccessful.•Maintains and ensures compliance with applicable equal employment opportunity (EEO) and related employment laws and regulations.•Works diligently with HR Director to manage day to day HR related matters.•Conducts successful and efficient communication with different ARS Departments.•Performs other related duties as assigned.Required Skills/Abilities:•Excellent verbal and written communication skills with aptitude in conducting interviews.•Excellent organizational skills.•Fair knowledge of Caregiving recruitment and placement.•Thorough understanding of EEO, ADA, and other related employment laws and guidelines.•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Preferred Education and Experience:•At least two years of recruiting or Human Resources related experience•AA Degree or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldPhysical Requirements: •Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.•Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.Hire on bonus $1000 available and is distributed as follows:- $500 at 30 days- $500 after completion of a successful 90 day review
