Recruiter - Aivres : Job Details

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Minimum of 2 years of talent acquisition experience, with a track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent
• Strong consultative skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software/tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Passion for delivering exceptional candidate and customer experiences
• Bilingual in Mandarin is highly preferred

• The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions.
• Consultative Talent Acquisition: Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their talent needs and provide strategic guidance on recruitment best practices.
• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various tools, resources, and innovative techniques to proactively source and attract top-tier candidates.
• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial requisition creation, through offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Screening and Evaluation: Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume reviews, interviews, and skills evaluations.
• Stay informed about industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitor insights. Use this knowledge to make informed recommendations to hiring teams.
• Utilize data and metrics to track recruitment performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize the recruitment process continually.
