Job Description :

We are looking for a Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. A successful recruiter collaborates with hiring managers on a regular basis and proactively identifies future prospects. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. The responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Two years of work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems
  • Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes
  • Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Essential Duties

  • Execute overall recruiting strategy
  • Schedule and coordinate logistics for multiple University and College career fairs and campus visits throughout the year
  • Attend career fairs and hiring events when needed
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Screen candidate resumes and job applications
  • Disposition candidates and maintain data within the company's applicant tracking system
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards, colleges, etc.
  • Source and recruit candidates by using LinkedIn, campus recruiting job boards and other social media platforms
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
  • Schedule and arrange interview logistics for candidates and interviewers
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
  • Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

    Base Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000. This salary range is based on what Roux in good faith believes it might pay at the time of posting for this position and for this geographic location. Actual compensation may vary based on job-related factors such as relevant work experience, market conditions, education/training, certifications, skill sets, and internal equity. In addition, this position is eligible for quarterly performance bonuses based on individual job performance and the profitability of the firm.
