Lifeworks is seeking a full-time Recruiter to coordinate sourcing activities, screening candidates, partner with HR team to schedule interviews with managers, maintain spreadsheets and metrics, and ensure a positive and strong candidate/volunteer experience.

Position Title: Recruiter

Department: Human Resources

Hours: Full-time; 40 hours/week, Monday – Friday (Exempt)

Location: Lifeworks Services – Richfield- Hybrid/ 20% in-person

Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000/year

  • How You'll Be Spending Your Time

  • Creating job postings for open positions
  • Reviewing resumes to determine if candidates meet qualifications
  • Screening candidates
  • Proactively developing a pool of qualified candidates by researching, contacting, and attending community events and job fairs
  • Actively sourcing for candidates
  • Conducting staffing meetings with HR Team and hiring managers
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related fields and a minimum of 2 years relevant work experience or a combination of work experience and related 2-year degree to equal 6 years.
  • Fluency in a second language is highly desirable (Spanish, Hmong, or Somali preferred).
  • Fluent in English, verbal and written.
  • Experience with screening and interviewing; using Zoom and other virtual platforms for meetings and interviews.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking System/s (ATS).
  • Candidate must complete and pass a pre-employment background study; have a clean driving record & valid driver's license, a physical and drug screen; and have access to reliable transportation for work purposes.
