Lifeworks is seeking a full-time Recruiter to coordinate sourcing activities, screening candidates, partner with HR team to schedule interviews with managers, maintain spreadsheets and metrics, and ensure a positive and strong candidate/volunteer experience.
Position Title: Recruiter
Department: Human Resources
Hours: Full-time; 40 hours/week, Monday – Friday (Exempt)
Location: Lifeworks Services – Richfield- Hybrid/ 20% in-person
Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000/year

Creating job postings for open positionsReviewing resumes to determine if candidates meet qualificationsScreening candidatesProactively developing a pool of qualified candidates by researching, contacting, and attending community events and job fairsActively sourcing for candidatesConducting staffing meetings with HR Team and hiring managersQualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related fields and a minimum of 2 years relevant work experience or a combination of work experience and related 2-year degree to equal 6 years.Fluency in a second language is highly desirable (Spanish, Hmong, or Somali preferred).Fluent in English, verbal and written.Experience with screening and interviewing; using Zoom and other virtual platforms for meetings and interviews.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking System/s (ATS).Candidate must complete and pass a pre-employment background study; have a clean driving record & valid driver's license, a physical and drug screen; and have access to reliable transportation for work purposes.Equity Statement
