- Identify, attract, and engage top talent for various positions within the organization, ensuring a diverse and inclusive candidate pool
- Manage a fast-paced, full cycle recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, timely updates, and a professional, respectful approach
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, industry professionals, and community organizations to expand the talent pipeline
- Ensure all recruitment practices comply with applicable laws and organizational policies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably within the nonprofit sector
- Strong sourcing and administrative skillset
- Excellent cross-functional communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual a plus
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- Possess a high level of flexibility to take on multiple projects in a deadline-driven atmosphere
- A genuine commitment to the nonprofit mission and a desire to contribute to social change
