14 West is seeking a Recruiter to join our team. This individual will provide administrative support for the HR department and HR functions with a heavy focus on recruitment. As the HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring the timely hiring of top talent that aligns with the organization's current and future business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides ongoing coaching and development to recruiters, such as answering questions, providing feedback, and onboarding new recruiters.
  • Represent and promote the organization to potential applicants by providing information, responding to questions, and collecting applicant data.
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate a variety of networking events to attract potential candidates and develop the Agora Brand.
  • Ensure the hiring of the best talent for all vacant positions in a timely manner to meet the organization's current and future needs.
  • Achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates.
  • Determine applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and job qualifications.
  • Attract applicants by posting on all relevant job boards and actively seeking applicants to build a network for future needs.
  • Evaluate applicants' qualifications by conducting interviews, analyzing responses, verifying background checks, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  • Lead job requisitions, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, pre-employment activities, and onboarding processes to ensure a strong cultural fit.
  • Take responsibility for all recruitment-related communication, ensuring messages reach targeted audiences, and key stakeholders are well informed.
  • Proactively engage hiring managers to provide updates and gather feedback on talent submissions and interviews.
  • Assist with launching sourcing communication campaigns, including social media posts, social media site updates, and geotargeting advertising campaigns.
  • Meet the demands of the business within appropriate time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and other SLAs.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
  • 1-3 years related job experience required in full-cycle recruiting/talent acquisition.
  • Knowledge of Behavioral Based Interviewing Techniques.
  • Must be computer literate with proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn Success Factors software or other recruitment systems.
  • Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
