The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting, as well as experience in a wide range of industries including but not limited to staffing, construction, and workforce management. As a recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for our clients. You will work closely with our Account Managers and Business Development Team to understand our clients' staffing needs and ensure that we find the right candidates for the job.

Responsibilities

  • Source and recruit candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' skills and qualifications.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Business Development Team to understand clients' staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from posting job ads to making job offers.
  • Collaborate as needed with the HR department to maintain communication with candidates during the onboarding process.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future staffing needs.
  • Ensure that all recruitment activities comply with legal and ethical standards.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment activities to Account Managers.
  • Continuously improve the recruitment process by implementing best practices and staying up to date on industry trends.
  • Qualifications and Requirements

  • Experience: 1-5 years, preferably in the staffing industry.
  • Customer-Centric Attitude: Customers' needs dictate the flow of our business and demand attention and prioritization from all team members.
  • Polished Communication Style: Priority is placed on sharing complex ideas, important information, and solution strategies clearly and professionally in both written and verbal communications.
  • Meticulous Mindset: Little things make a big difference. They have to be done right.
  • Prioritization Wizard: In a setting where multiple issues will demand attention at one time, figuring out what's most important to maximize results is vital.
