Position Overview:

As a recruiter you will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent to fill our client companies most critical staffing needs.

  • Assist Project Managers in all phases of the recruitment process – full lifecycle recruiting
  • Collaborates with Project Managers to draft detailed job descriptions, marketing materials and screening criteria
  • Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the role, industry standards, and the needs of our client organization
  • Screens and selects qualified candidates
  • Schedules interviews and manages candidate timelines
  • Act as a coach and mentor to assist candidates through the interview process
  • Collaborates with Project Managers during the offer process to negotiates compensation packages, start dates, and other pertinent details

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to gain consensus and negotiate win-win outcomes
  • Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to learn applicant-tracking software. Experience with applicant tracking systems and MS Word a plus
  • Ability to work onsite, Mon-Thurs 8a-5p and Fri 8a-4p with one hour paid lunch
