Recruiter - Atlantic Group : Job Details

The Atlantic Group has partnered with a reputable investment firm in Boston that is looking for a Recruiter to join their team!

This is contract to hire position.

Looking for:

• 1-4 years of relevant experience
• Local- ability to commute to the Boston office on a hybrid schedule

Job Description:

• Proactively source and build relationships with passive candidates for various departments using a blend of high-volume email outreach, LinkedIn InMails, and phone engagement.
• Establish and maintain robust networks to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified engineering and sales talent.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including phone screening, interview scheduling, scorecard submission management, and handling offer approvals and calls.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, develop sourcing strategies, manage timelines, and craft job descriptions and interview plans.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to candidates, ensuring a high-touch experience and providing exceptional support throughout the hiring process.
• Partner with the recruiting team to review incoming resumes, streamline stage transitions, and ensure ATS data accuracy.
• Engage and manage external search firms when necessary.
• Work closely with the VP of Talent on enhancing employer branding and advancing key recruitment initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1-4 years of recruitment experience
• ATS experience
