As a recruiter at CARDS, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating interviews. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of talent acquisition, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers to best build high-performing teams.As part of CARDS' application process, and to be considered for any position at CARDS, please complete the Culture Index Survey (CI) along with your application.You will need to copy and paste the link in your URL to access the CI Survey: we receive your completed CI Survey, your application will then be considered.ResponsibilitiesUtilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract potential candidates, including staffing agencies and headhunters.Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications inside our in-house systems.Build and maintain a network of candidates through proactive outreach and relationship-building.Conduct initial screenings and assessments to determine if candidates are suitable for open positions.Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtuallyWork closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.Collaborate with hiring managers to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.Provide regular updates on the status of open positions and candidate progress.Promote CARDS as an employer of choice through various channels.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Other tasks as assigned by managementQualificationsProven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in Waste Industry or Transportation Industry.Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.Extensive knowledge of applicant tracking software programs.Familiarity with online job-hunting websitesAbility to travel when necessary (less than 25%)Valid Driver's LicensePay & BenefitsWho doesn't like to get paid weekly?
