As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in finding and attracting compassionate, skilled professionals who share our commitment to providing exceptional care and support. This is an entry level position with semi regular travel to Southern Maine and New Hampshire.Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit qualified candidates for various positions within our organization.
• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of applicants.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a positive recruiting experience.
• Assist with the marketing of Living Innovations' programs and services both in assigned communities and at company events.
• Submit required documents and reports to supervisor as requested.

QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years' experience and knowledge of IDD related services required.
• Must pass comprehensive background checks per state and company regulations/policies.
