As a Recruiter at Apex, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to join our organization. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to making job offers. Your ability to build strong relationships, assess candidate suitability, and ensure a positive candidate experience will be key to your success in this role.

What you'll be doing:
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and motivations.
- Assess candidates' cultural fit and alignment with the company's values.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
- Facilitate and coordinate interview processes, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Extend job offers to selected candidates and assist with negotiation when necessary.
- Coordinate the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Attend hiring events, community group meetings, and networking events on an as needed basis
What we are looking for:
- Preferred minimum of 3 years experience in staffing, with focus on both Recruiting and Sales
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining positive relationships
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
