Job Location : Jackson,WI, USA
The position will be fully on-site
8:30-5:30 or 9-6 would also be fine for this role and there will be flexibility needed including one night a week until about 7:30-8pm
Interview: 30-minute phone interview and then a face-to-face will be required
Needs to be ok with driving- doing job fairs and also being part of our purpose committee- some administrative tasks like posting things on our TV's and hanging flyers and updating at the site- I would add drivers and sales to the list of roles that experience would be nice in- as they will help to recruit for all of those roles-
We need someone professional but down to earth- fast paced- high energy
This role will never go perm so that needs to be understood- we have a new expansion that is opening in waves so I would imagine that this role will last longer than 6 months
*******************MUST HAVE: High energy, recruiting background, candidates will be attending job fairs, must have excellent communication, know how to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail- We need someone with recruiting experience- who has new ideas for us- brings them to the table- Also, some with good memory/retention- must be able to communicate effectively******************
REQUIREDSKILLS
Experience with grassroots and boots-on-the-ground recruiting. Able to build solid working relationships with community organizations. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to create tailored messaging to different applicants and organizations. A credible and engaging personal presence. Willingness to think entrepreneurially and creatively. Able to thoroughly screen candidates for open positions. Assist with New Hire Orientations and 30 day reviews.
Able to work flexible hours. Able to build solid working relationships with local and recruiting agencies when needed
PREFERRED: candidates who have recruited for LI positions (warehouse, order pickers etc)
