Job Description:
As a Recruiter at Spartan Energy, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and attracting top talent to our organization. Your focus will be on headhunting and strategic sourcing, leveraging both traditional methods and advanced technological tools. You will work closely with our Talent Acquisition Specialist, who will handle the administrative and coordination tasks, to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
Responsibilities:
- Actively source candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, professional networks, job boards, and social media.
- Utilize advanced tools and technologies (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Entelo) to identify and engage top talent.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates, industry contacts, and passive job seekers.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and meet-ups to network and identify prospective candidates.
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Provide a positive candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
- Target and approach high-potential candidates currently employed elsewhere.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of passive candidates for future opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor insights to inform recruiting strategies.
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to support sourcing and headhunting efforts.
- Participate in weekly sync meetings to discuss open positions, candidate progress, and strategy adjustments.
- Perform additional tasks as required by the manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a staffing agency or headhunting role. Sales recruiting is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred
- Proficiency with recruiting tools and platforms, including ATS & CMS (e.g., Greenhouse), job boards (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn), and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Hiretual).
- Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday, UltiPro, ADP, or Kronos is a plus
- Knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build and sustain professional relationships with candidates and industry professionals.
- Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with the Talent Acquisition Specialist and hiring managers.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
