We are supporting a Biotech client of ours seeking a recruiter to support their growth in R&D, Clinical, and Quality Group.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable conducting intake calls with hiring managers, sourcing open roles, screening candidates, and providing feedback to hiring managers/candidates.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
- Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
- Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
- Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of Biotech recruting experience(inhouse or external)
- Solid background of the biotech field
- Ability to be onsite 5 days a week
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- High-energy and passion
