Our client is an organization in the Madison area looking for a Recruiter. Our client is looking for someone with 2+ years of recruiting experience, eager to grow and has strong interpersonal skills. This company offers a laid-back supportive environment with good tenure!

The Recruiter will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage open requisitions while building relationships with local organizations to source talent.
• Update job postings and streamline the application process.
• Facilitate onboarding for new hires and provide support for training and ongoing growth opportunities.
• Develop retention initiatives and grow employee satisfaction.
• Represent the company at careers fairs and tours.
• Other duties as assigned.

The Recruiter will possess the following:

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 2+ years of recruiting experience.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
