We are in search of a highly motivated candidate to join our talented Team.Job Title: Recruiter Location(s): Basking Ridge, NJTargeted Years of Experience: 0-3 yearsResponsibilities: * Source candidates using a variety of search methods * Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications * Perform reference checks as need * Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process * Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulationsMUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important): Full-cycle recruitment experience.DESIRED SKILLS: Recruitment experience with startups, integrations, technology, and/or product. Experience using sourcing methodologies like Boolean.
