Job Description :
ResponsibilitiesRecruitment of manufacturing hourly and skilled trades employees, including:Review applications as they are received using established criteria.Select applicants to be interviewed based on job history and background.Arrange interviews.Perform reference checks.Conduct criminal background checks, as appropriate.Interview applicants.Make employment offers to qualified candidates.Respond to applicants' calls regarding application status in a timely manner.Organize recruitment events.Manage internal offers and movement within the plants.Manage direct communication with third-party temp agencies.Complete special projects as assigned by the direct manager.Fill in for front desk coverage as needed.Assist with conducting weekly new employee orientation.Maintain accurate application tracking through the applicant tracking system.Stay current with state and federal employment laws and regulations related to hiring.Perform all assigned tasks in a safe, efficient, timely, and accurate manner according to company policy.All other duties as assigned by manager.Above is a list of the most important responsibilities and functions, which are essential to the position.
