Please submit new candidates Contract in house recruiter, full life cycle of recruiting 3-6 months to start, goal is to convert, but never a guarantee Minimum of 3 years and not to exceed 10 years of experience, Earlier in their career has been a better fit in previous hiring for this team. Looking for someone able to develop and grow over time. Recruiters with 10+ years of experience are usually set in their ways. Open to someone coming from a full time role if looking to move to a contract role, but always skeptical as to why. Not a huge deal breaker, but never a guarantee of being converted so included a blurb about why are they willing to go from FTE to temp. Role is Based in SD, does require onsite at least 4 days/week, some people are onsite 5 days/week. Will interact face to face with at least 50% of the managers hiring and the HRBPs. *The culture for this team is not remote. Please make sure the candidates understand that. Blend of agency and in house recruiting preferred Med device, med tech, bio tech are strongly preferred but not required. Bigger learning curve for them if they don t have that background Bachelor s degree required Looking for someone that wants to grow into other roles in the future at *** and Bachelor s required for that 4 recruiters now, each has a specific areas of expertise, but may disperse work more evenly as needed. It s ok if they only have expertise in one category as long as they are open to other categories Primarily recruit for Diagnostics and global services huge variety of roles, scientific, LI, sales, engineers, etc Will primarily use Oracle Recruiting Cloud part of HCM and LinkedIn Recruiter. _________________________________________________ INTAKE NOTES: Assignment Duration: 6 months with intent to convert with performance Pay Rate: ***-***/hr Shift Hours: 8-5 100% onsite, remote or hybrid? 4 days/week onsite; flexible on chosen remote day Interview Process (how many rounds, virtual or onsite, etc) 4 steps manager, a Director of HR, manager's counterpart, and another TA Partner on the team (3 steps will be onsite interviews; the counterpart interview will be Teams) **Note to suppliers: Please do not exceed 10 years of recruiting experience for this role. Drive and desire to source, network and inspire highly sought-after talent from various channels. Positive and self-motivated individual with desire to work onsite and in person on a fun, competitive and highly talented recruiting team. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
