Our client, a leading financial services firm is seeking a strong recruiter to join their team. Ideally they are seeking candidates out of fast paced corporate environments who can be agile and take on more responsibility. Ideal industries are (professional services, financial services, consulting, accounting, real estate, property management, OR investment management)
This role is 100% onsite in Santa Monica, CA, please do not apply if you need hybrid or remote
Compensation $90-110k Base + bonus
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Partner with hiring managers to craft job descriptions
● Post open positions in our ATS (Workday) as well as other appropriate recruiting channels
● Use proactive and creative sourcing and recruiting techniques to find and solicit top talent
● Build out a talent pipeline for our “hard to fill” or recurring positions
● Identify and screen candidates to determine qualifications and culture fit
● Lead candidates through the recruiting and interviewing process
● Ensure an excellent candidate experience including onboarding, background check, etc...
● Schedule and lead interview prep and hiring meetings
● Work with the Director and SVP of People on employer branding and sourcing strategies.
MUST-HAVES:
● 3-5 years' experience working in full-cycle recruiting
● Experience sourcing and recruiting associate to Director level candidates
● Self-motivated and skilled at sourcing - you know where to find talent and how to attract them
● Highly organized - You're able to effectively keep track of your pipeline and when to follow up
● Effective at multitasking, prioritization, and time-management as you'll be juggling multiple
roles with varying degrees of urgency
● Ability to work independently, problem solve and navigate the hiring process efficiently
