LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a manufacturing company in SW Portland, OR on a Recruiter job. You are self-motivated and quickly know how to organize your work.You have experience working directly with hiring managers and understand the value of understanding the business you recruit for. Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
• Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and requirements.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports.
• Implement and manage various recruitment campaigns and initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably with experience recruiting engineers.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
• Experience with social media recruiting and job boards.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

About the role:

• Full Time, Direct Hire
• Mon – Fri; 8a-5p
• Hybrid role – 2-3 days working on site
• Comp / Benefits – 80-90K DOE; employer/employee supported medical, dental and vision plans, paid time off, and 401k with company match
