Job Summary:

We are looking for an HR Recruiter to join our team and help Meneses Law find the right people for the right roles. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment or human resources, along with deep knowledge of the screening, interviewing, and the hiring processes. We are seeking someone who is passionate about discovering untapped talent, driving company growth, and helping people develop successful careers.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day hiring process of the HR department.
  • Effectively answer calls and determine how calls should be routed; answer routine questions; and distribute and explain forms.
  • Good understanding of departments hiring needs, and job specifications
  • Write and post job descriptions on relevant platforms.
  • Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new business.
  • Screen resumes and assist the job candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired, and fired employees, and other designations.
  • Maintain the strictest level of confidentiality with organizational information.
  • Perform any other tasks or functions deemed necessary to the daily operations of the employer.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, time management skills, and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with technology and ability to learn our software systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and MacOS systems.
  • Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly and strong commitment to customer service.
  • Good understanding of HR operations (recruiting, onboarding, training, and compensation)
  • English usage, spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to type 45 WPM or more.
  • Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Human Resource.

Job Types: Full-time

Compensation:

Meneses Law believes in Work Life Balance. Operation hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. plus 2 Saturdays a month for certain positions.
