We're seeking someone who's passionate about discovering untapped talent, driving company growth, and helping people develop successful careersWhat you'll doThe Talent Acquisition Manager position is a full-time role located in Shanghai and reports to the Asia Head of Operations and works closely with the business leaders to gain a comprehensive understanding of the firm's hiring needs for each role, and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.* Work with the business leaders to build awareness of their teams, hiring needs and job specifications* Write and post job descriptions on relevant platforms* Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for the business* Work with recruiting team and business leaders to develop and implement recruitment strategies* Screen resumes and manage job candidates throughout hiring process, from interview preparation to final-offer negotiation* Maintain database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other designationsWhat you'll need* Bachelor's degree required* 5-10 years of experience in in recruitment or human resources; experience with professional consulting industry strongly preferred* Familiarity with job boards and computer systems designed specifically for HR* Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin is essential* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel applications* Ability to generate and analyze related reports and metricsIn addition to a positive workplace, the firm offers a comprehensive compensation package including an excellent benefit program (Health, Vision & Dental Insurance China Social Security, and tuition support).
