Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and culturally competent Part-Time Recruiter to help us identify and onboard independent contractors who align with our mission and values. These independent contractors will serve as interpreters and translators, playing a crucial role in our service delivery. In addition to recruiting contractors, this role will also assist in identifying and hiring employees or staff for the company as needed. The Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including off boarding processes to ensure smooth transitions and compliance with company guidelines. This is a flexible role ideal for someone with a strong background in recruitment and a passion for working with diverse populations. The goal is to onboard at least three independent contractors weekly to meet the needs of our growing client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize our internal database and job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed) to identify potential candidates.
  • Make a minimum of 50 calls daily to prospective and existing candidates.
  • Screen candidates over the phone and in-person for existing and upcoming opportunities.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new contractors, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Maintain and track all onboarding documentation, ensuring they are completed quickly and effectively.
  • Ensure independent contractors no longer working with us comply with company guidelines, including the return of any company equipment.
  • Expertly articulate the culture, ethics, mission, and values of Mile High Multilingual Services to potential candidates.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress in recruitment tools.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience.
  • Proficiency in using job boards like LinkedIn, Indeed, and other relevant platforms.
  • Ability to pass a background and drug test.
  • Professional or lived experience recruiting and communicating in a culturally competent manner with diverse populations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Training or experience in HIPAA/FERPA compliance.
  • Experience running background checks and drug tests.
  • Ability to self-manage schedules effectively across different time zones to ensure candidate satisfaction.
