Summary The Recruiter runs a full desk model of recruiting where they have the ability to find candidates to fill open requisitions, as well as seek out new clients that will provide the team with other, new requisitions to fill. They are responsible for recruiting new candidates, keeping existing candidates apprised to all open positions that they may be interested in, obtaining and retaining clients, and generating revenue. They do this by utilizing all the recruiting tools at their disposal, including, but not limited to: Linkedin RPS, Indeed, Vincere, and cold calling staff lists. Primary Responsibilities
Responsible for building a network within their market of qualified candidates and referral sourcesRecruit new candidates that are a fit for open requisitions, as well as maintaining relationships with their existing candidates.If desired, obtain new clients, and/or maintain relationships with existing clientele. Utilize all recruiting toolsAccurately record information and activity in VincereFill open requisitions by matching clients and candidatesConsistently generating revenue through their recruiting efforts Competencies
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Suite
- Linkedin RPS
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent phone skills
- Attention to detail
- Recruiting skills, including cold calling
- Intermediate competency with PCs
