We are searching for a Recruiter that will support Tasty Brand's professional and operational roles. The Recruiter will be responsible for turning the business strategy into an actionable recruiting strategy and building proactive recruiting plans to address critical talent gaps, helping the organization assess and select talent for both todays and tomorrow's business needs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for mid to senior-level positions, which includes sourcing candidates, conducting in-depth interviews, negotiating offers, and partnering closely with hiring managers to identify and attract top talent.
  • Network, source, and build a talent pipeline of industry leaders, assessing them and ultimately attracting the highest skilled and credentialed professionals to join Tasty Brands.
  • Manage a pipeline of qualified candidates, tracking their progress through the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication with candidates throughout the journey.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews, including phone screens, behavioral interviews, and technical assessments, to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and provide insights on candidate quality.
  • Partner with HR team to ensure that Tasty Brands is attracting the necessary talent for today and tomorrow.
  • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers, negotiate compensation packages, and extend job offers.
  • Provide substantive and competency-based feedback to all unsuccessful candidates. Ensure an exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience.
  • Contribute to the overall recruitment strategy by identifying market trends, proposing new sourcing methods, and optimizing the recruitment process.
  • Track key recruiting metrics such as time-to-hire, source of hire, and candidate quality to identify areas for improvement and inform future recruitment efforts.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and updates.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, Human Resource Management or similar required.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with proven track record of successfully placing mid to senior-level candidates.
  • Strong proficiency in using various sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job boards, networking and talent mapping.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System (Workable a plus).
  • Previous experience working within an External Recruitment Agency is preferred.
  • Exceptional assessment and interviewing skills and a strong command of assessment and selection methodologies, instruments, and processes.
  • Track record of flawless execution and a strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, high-demand environment with tight deliverables.
  • Excellent interviewing techniques to assess candidate skills, potential, and cultural fit.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work successfully in an environment with high visibility and the ability to manage complex and sensitive situations independently.
  • Previous experience with presentations to upper management including CEO & SVP of Operations.
  • Possesses sound judgment and discretion.
  • Ability to develop and build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
