About the Role
We're seeking a Recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments and is excited about wearing multiple hats in a growing startup. In this role, you'll be responsible for not only managing the recruitment process but also playing a pivotal role in candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and even taking on occasional administrative or executive support tasks. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a passion for finding great talent, building strong relationships, and keeping the recruitment process running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing offers and onboarding.
- Source candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and employee referrals.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Manage the candidate pipeline in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide updates to internal teams on hiring progress.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring regular communication and engagement throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Assist with occasional executive support tasks, such as scheduling meetings or coordinating team events, as needed.
- Help with onboarding tasks, including preparing offer letters, managing background checks, and assisting new hires with their onboarding process.
Required Skill Sets:
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask across various recruitment-related responsibilities.
- Proficiency in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment management software.
- A flexible, can-do attitude with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and new tasks.
- Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to providing an exceptional candidate experience.
Nice-to-Have:
- Previous experience in a startup environment or high-growth company.
- Experience with executive support or administrative tasks.
- Familiarity with technical recruiting in industries such as semiconductors, electronics, or AI.
