In this role, you will play a key part in sourcing, screening, and engaging with top talent to help drive our organization's success. The ideal candidate will have a knack for connecting with people and managing the recruitment process effectively.Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential candidates through job boards, social media platforms, and employee referrals.
• Conduct phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and language proficiency.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Schedule interviews and provide prompt feedback to candidates throughout the process.
