FMG is a rapidly growing national litigation law firm, and we are currently seeking a Human Resources Staff Recruiter for our Atlanta location. The Human Resources Staff Recruiter reports to and directly supports the Human Resources Manager. This position is responsible for leading legal staff recruiting initiatives nationally. The ideal candidate understands how to attract and obtain quality talent across the country. To be successful the candidate must be detail oriented, adaptable, and highly organized. The position requires at least 3 years of prior Human Resources experience preferably with high volume recruiting. Experience in a professional services environment is a plus.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Partner with various HR team members to support all efforts in talent acquisition
  • Maintain and monitor all staff job postings
  • Conduct screening telephone calls, schedule interviews, and assist hiring managers as needed
  • Monitor time to hire and provide data as needed to the executive leadership team
  • Utilize advanced technology such as AI to extend outreach to candidates
  • Source staff candidates through the Firm's applicant tracking system
  • Ensure all job postings have the correct language and salary information
  • Maintain the current inventory of job descriptions
  • Works with managers to track metrics such as cost per hire
  • Serve as backup and assist with lateral attorney recruiting as necessary
  • Other duties as assigned

Education, Experience, and Skills

  • A minimum of a four-year degree from an accredited university with an emphasis in business, human resources, or another related field
  • A human resources specific certification such as the aPHR, PHR, or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Software to include Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, OneDrive, Excel
  • Experience with LinkedIn required
  • Prior experience with UKG preferred
  • Flexible and autonomous, can work with little direction and takes initiative
  • Track record of accuracy and a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, trust, and integrity
  • Capable of working efficiently by prioritizing and streamlining tasks
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication with both Attorneys and Firm Management
  • Experience in the professional services industry a plus
