Position Overview:

We are expanding and seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our Westminster office. If you thrive in a supportive environment and enjoy helping people, we encourage you to apply.

What You'll Do:

As a Staffing Coordinator/Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in connecting qualified job seekers with our clients' open positions. Your responsibilities will encompass three main areas:

• Recruiting: Identify, attract, and screen top talent.
• Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Employee Satisfaction: Ensure a positive experience for all employees.

We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who can stay focused and driven. While experience in the Staffing Industry is a plus, it is not required. We value organized self-starters with excellent communication skills who pride themselves on being the best at what they do.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruiting
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in negotiation and interviewing techniques
• Familiarity with recruiting and HR sourcing
• Experience with ATS systems and employee evaluation processes
• Knowledge of employment and labor laws
• Ability to manage relationships and conduct campus recruitment

Compensation:

• Starting Total Yearly Compensation: $72,000 - $86,000, depending on skill level and drive.
• First Year Base Pay: $55,000 - $60,000 per year
• First Year Monthly Commission: $12,000 - $20,000 per year
• Yearly Bonus: $5,500 - $6,000 per year
